For undergraduates who want to start early, plan for about a month to translate your academics, skills, and goals into a sharp resume and LinkedIn profile, while identifying summer opportunities to build expertise and skills.  For upperclassmen and recent graduates, the first month is about fine-tuning your story, clarifying your goals, and equipping you with strategies for networking, interviewing, and finding the right companies and roles. From there, we shift into execution mode to customize cover letters, sharpen interview responses, and tailor your networking approach until you're a top candidate walking away with offers.
